Terms of Use

ShareClone is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement for apps distributed on the Mac App Store, unless a custom agreement is shown in the App Store listing. You can read it at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

ShareClone provides access only to files that your own account is already allowed to access. You are responsible for making sure that downloading and keeping local copies of your organization’s content complies with your organization’s policies and with applicable law.

Purchases, free trials, subscriptions, renewals, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms.

ShareClone is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Davidovski GmbH is not liable for indirect or consequential damage to the extent permitted by Swiss law. This does not exclude liability for intent or gross negligence where Swiss law does not allow an exclusion.

Governing law is Swiss law, with courts in Zurich, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
